FINAL LEGISLATIVE REDISTRICTING PLAN Based on the 2020 Census submitted to the Secretary of State on February 22, 2023
ERRATA (2/23/2023): A technical correction was made to the state legislative district plan filed with the Secretary of State by the Montana Districting and Apportionment Commission. The electronic files, final report, and associated reports were updated on February 23 to reflect an adjustment of 2 Census Blocks near Laurel in Yellowstone County that contain 64 people. At a February 17 meeting, the commission adopted several technical amendments. The commission intended those 2 blocks be included in House District 54 to balance population deviations. A processing error left those two blocks in House District 38. The updated plan reflects this correction.
